1. 個人資料之蒐集與使用
本人同意 ALFAWISE 愛樂唯在其業務推動、行銷目的及銷售產品所必需的特定目的範圍內，
蒐集並使用本人的個人資料。這些目的包括但不限於：
- 處理代理會籍申請；
- 處理、完成及通知有關產品訂單情況；
- 製作業務報告及其他相關組織報告；
- 提供代理服務，諸如規劃及協助培訓會議；
- 管理代理權益；
- 制定並執行政策、行銷計劃及策略；
- 用於 ALFAWISE 愛樂唯的通訊與宣傳工具，以及公司與其集團內部之聯繫；
- 提供推薦；
- 遵守適用之法律要求，並協助主管機關或警方的調查；
- 其他與上述目的直接相關的使用。
2. 個人資料的披露
在法律允許的範圍內，ALFAWISE 愛樂唯可能將您的個人資料披露予以下第三方：
- ALFAWISE 愛樂唯及其關聯企業的員工、董事和管理層，包括當地及海外分公司；
- 為 ALFAWISE 愛樂唯或其關聯企業提供管理、廣告、印刷或其他服務的代理、承包商、供應商及其他第三方，包括但不限於發貨中心、外聘審計師、執業醫師、受託人、保險公司、精算師及顧問；
- 推薦人及上線領袖，他們可能需要獲取下線的個人資料，以便監督其銷售團隊的業務活動及發展進度。除非法律另有規定或得到您的明確同意，ALFAWISE 愛樂唯不會將非公開個人資料及財務資訊披露給任何其他第三方；
- 其他依法或經您授權之個人或組織。
3. 個人資料的查閱與更正
您有權依據適用法律，向 ALFAWISE 愛樂唯提出查閱或更正您個人資料的請求。
如您發現個人資料有不正確的部分，亦可要求更正。
為查閱、更正個人資料，或瞭解 ALFAWISE 愛樂唯對於個人資料的處理政策和實務，
您須以書面形式向 ALFAWISE 愛樂唯之客戶服務部提出申請。
Conditions of Use
1. Collection and Use of Personal Data
I agree that ALFAWISE may collect and use my personal data within the scope necessary
for its business operations, marketing purposes, and sale of products. These purposes
include, but are not limited to:
- processing distributor membership applications;
- processing, completing, and notifying me of product order status;
- preparing business reports and other related organizational reports;
- providing distributor services, such as planning and assisting with training meetings;
- managing distributor benefits and rights;
- formulating and implementing policies, marketing plans, and strategies;
- using the information for ALFAWISE’s communication and promotional tools, as well as internal communication within the company and its group companies;
- providing referrals;
- complying with applicable legal requirements and assisting investigations by competent authorities or the police;
- and other uses directly related to the above purposes.
2. Disclosure of Personal Data
To the extent permitted by law, ALFAWISE may disclose your personal data to the following third parties:
- employees, directors, and management of ALFAWISE and its affiliated companies, including local and overseas branches;
- agents, contractors, suppliers, and other third parties that provide management, advertising, printing, or other services to ALFAWISE or its affiliated companies, including but not limited to fulfillment centers, external auditors, medical practitioners, trustees, insurance companies, actuaries, and consultants;
- referrers and upline leaders, who may need to access the personal data of their downline members in order to monitor the business activities and development progress of their sales teams. Unless otherwise required by law or with your express consent, ALFAWISE will not disclose non-public personal data or financial information to any other third party;
- and any other individual or organization as required by law or authorized by you.
3. Access to and Correction of Personal Data
You have the right, in accordance with applicable laws, to request access to or correction
of your personal data held by ALFAWISE. If you discover that any part of your personal data
is inaccurate, you may also request correction.
To access or correct your personal data, or to understand ALFAWISE’s policies and practices
regarding the handling of personal data, you must submit a written request to ALFAWISE’s
Customer Service Department.
